How Do I Register?
~Registration is Open March 17-24, 2021 for VIP registration – for previous attendees only.
~Tuition for the Fall Retreat is $545
Note: You can pay in full at Registration or opt to send a Non-Refundable Deposit of $150.00.
Registration after May 17 requires payment in full, either by check or by PayPal.
Should you choose to reserve your spot with a Deposit, it is due upon Registration. Your spot is not reserved until your Deposit is received.
Tuition or Deposit payment must be received within 10 calendar days to reserve your registration. Payment is by personal check or PayPal.
If paying by PayPal:

What should I bring?
Each instructor will have kits available for purchase, unless otherwise noted on the Workshop page. Materials List for classes will be available online through a link sent to you when you register. Wild Beads will have supplies for the classes on-site as well as a wide variety of beads, tools and supplies for sale during Marketplace hours.
In addition to your usual beading supplies, you should bring tools and supplies as listed in each Class Description for which you are registered. These are the recommendations of the instructor who has designed the project and are the tools & supplies they used in creating the design. Check the Workshop page prior to the Retreat, and when you get to class, check your project instructions, to make sure you have everything you need.
Heart of Texas will have power strips available in the Community Beading Room and in each classroom.
Will there be breaks?
Please feel free to take a break as needed. All day beverages will be available in a designated area in or near the Community Beading room and an afternoon snack will be served in the beverage service area.
Will there be a place to visit and bead after hours?
The Community Beading Room will open at 8:00 a.m. and remain open throughout the day – After class hours it will remain open until 10:00 p.m. and you are welcome to join friends, visit and bead.
Community Beading Room is located in Ballroom III.
What is appropriate attire?
Everyday casual wear for the Retreat. Also, it is impossible to change interior temperatures to suit everyone’s preference, pack to enable your comfort by adding or subtracting your wardrobe pieces. I also recommend bringing a jacket/sweater if you are cold natured.
Will there be electrical accessibility for our beading lights?
The Sheraton Georgetown has requested the use of battery-powered, rechargeable task lamps. There will be access to power strips for recharging lamps and/or battery packs, however power will not be run to each table as in past Retreats. Be sure to label your items if you plug in to recharge and leave (for lunch, etc.) so you can find yours quickly when returning to the classroom.

To reserve your spot, a $150.00 non-refundable deposit is required and due upon registration. Your space is reserved for 10 days pending payment of your deposit – or tuition in full. After 10 days, your registration will be deleted for non-payment unless prior payment arrangement has been made with Heart of Texas Bead Retreat.
By registering for this retreat, you are agreeing to the policies as stated herein and on the Terms & Conditions page.
By participating in this event, you agree to hold Heart of Texas Bead Retreat harmless in any way for any claim for injury, loss or damage to you or any person accompanying you and you give consent to The Heart of Texas Bead Retreat to use photos taken of you during the retreat as publicity for future retreats and promotional materials.
