Heart of Texas Bead Retreat

Registration Policy:

To reserve your spot, a non-refundable deposit of $150.00 is required and due upon registration. Your space is reserved for 10 days pending payment of your deposit – or tuition in full. After 10 days your registration will be automatically deleted for non-payment unless prior payment arrangement has been made with Heart of Texas Bead Retreat.

Your fully paid registration is transferable. Heart of Texas will make every effort to find a replacement for you from the Wait List. If no one is available from the Wait List, it is your responsibility to find a replacement for your spot in the Retreat in order to have your tuition refunded; your refund will be processed upon full payment by replacement attendee. Note: You are encouraged to sell your spot directly through your friends, local bead store, local bead society, etc. Should you sell your spot directly to a replacement attendee no refund or credit transfer will be given. Deposit Only payments are not refundable nor transferable as a credit.

Final Tuition Payment must be received by the due date set for each Retreat (see FAQ page for the appropriate Retreat deadline date). Failure to pay by the set due date will result in an automatic cancellation of your registration unless prior payment arrangement has been made with Heart of Texas Bead Retreat.


Cancellation Policy:

For Cancellation after the set Final Payment due date, a 50% refund of Tuition, less the non-refundable deposit.

For Cancellation 60 days (or less) prior to Retreat start date, no refund will be issued.

For Cancellation due to acts of God, government regulations, natural catastrophe, terrorist act, curtailment of transportation, or traumatic health condition; Heart of Texas Bead Retreat will be liable only for applying tuition fee(s) to a future event, less the non-refundable deposit.

For Cancellation by instructor(s) In the event of cancellation by one or more instructors, Heart of Texas Bead Retreat reserves the right to provide a replacement instructor of equal stature or reschedule the event.  Any refund, less the non-refundable deposit, will be solely at the discretion of Heart of Texas Bead Retreat.

Lodging cancellations must be made directly with the Hotel.

It is strongly recommended students obtain Cancellation and/or Travel insurance. Thistlewerk LLC, Heart of Texas Bead Retreat, Sally Custer, or any of our subsidiaries cannot be held liable for cancellation for any reason.

Heart of Texas Bead Retreat reserves the right to cancel a Retreat due to lack of minimum enrollment, acts of God, government regulations, natural catastrophe, terrorist act, curtailment of transportation, or any other situation making it inadvisable or illegal. Heart of Texas Bead Retreat will be liable only for applying tuition fees to a future event, less the non-refundable deposit.

By registering for this retreat, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy as stated herein and on the appropriate Retreat FAQ page.

By participating in this event, you agree to hold Heart of Texas Bead Retreat harmless in any way for any claim for injury, loss or damage to you or any person accompanying you, and you give consent to The Heart of Texas Bead Retreat to use photos taken of you during the retreat as publicity for future retreats and promotional materials.
