What is included in the Retreat registration fee?
- You are guaranteed a Workshop with each of our distinguished Instructors
*Additional Fee of $45 is required – Registration is open only to Summer Retreat attendees
What is not included in the Retreat registration fee?
- Class Kit Fees – Kits are purchased directly from the instructor.
- Optional Bonus Workshop Fee
Registration for the Summer 2021 Heart of Texas Zoom Retreat: $395
Note: You can pay in full at Registration or opt to send a Non-Refundable Deposit of $150.00 (which is due upon Registration). Your spot is not reserved until your Deposit/Payment is received.
♥ For the Bonus Workshop: Tuition payment is by PayPal or Pay By Check, which can be selected at registration. Your spot is guaranteed only by received payment. Note: Bonus Class tuition is non-refundable.

For Registrations after February 15, 2021, payment in full is required and must be processed thru PayPal unless prior payment arrangement has been made with Heart of Texas Bead Retreat. Contact Sally Custer for payment questions/information. A portion of your payment is non-refundable – for full details see Terms and Conditions.
NOTE: Wait List spots will be released February 16, 2021 and if accepting the spot, you will be expected to process immediate payment in full through PayPal. Thank you!
MARK YOUR CALENDAR! Failure to complete Final Payment by the due date will result in automatic forfeiture of deposit and your reservation will be cancelled. Failed email delivery and how often you check your email could cause a missed Reminder.

What should I have on hand for the Zoom Retreat classes?
Kits are required for the Zoom Retreat, however Kim Stathis has provided a Materials List for her project, Center of the Universe Necklace, for those wishing to bring their own beads.

By registering for this retreat, you are agreeing to the policies as stated herein and on the Terms & Conditions page.
By participating in this event, you agree to hold Heart of Texas Bead Retreat harmless in any way for any claim for injury, loss or damage to you or any person accompanying you and you give consent to The Heart of Texas Bead Retreat to use photos taken of you during the retreat as publicity for future retreats and promotional materials.
